About the role

Join a high-growth fintech scale-up in Dubai building payment infrastructure used across the GCC. As a Senior Backend Engineer you will design and ship services handling millions of daily transactions.

You will work in a product squad alongside frontend engineers, designers and data scientists, and mentor junior engineers.

What you'll bring

6+ years building backend systems in Node.js, Go or Java
Deep experience with PostgreSQL, Redis and message queues
Familiarity with payment systems or fintech is a plus
Strong grasp of distributed systems and observability
Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai (relocation supported)
