About the role

We are partnering with a leading regional FMCG group to appoint a Chief Financial Officer based in Riyadh. Reporting directly to the Group CEO and Board, the CFO will lead the finance function across three markets and play a central role in the group's expansion strategy.

The successful candidate will own financial planning and analysis, treasury, audit and compliance, and will act as a strategic advisor to the executive team on investments, pricing and M&A opportunities.

What you'll bring

CPA, CMA or ACCA qualification required
12+ years of progressive finance leadership, at least 4 years at CFO/VP level
FMCG or consumer goods background strongly preferred
Proven track record leading ERP implementations and audits
Excellent command of English; Arabic is a strong advantage
