Summary:

Responsible for developing and executing supply plans across the company business divisions, balancing between inventory level, and service. The role focuses on replenishment planning and inventory health reporting to support data-driven decisions at all levels of the organization.

Role & Responsibilities

·        Develop and maintain balanced supply against the forecasted demand

·        Generate purchase orders and replenishments to secure product availability on time

·        Track core inventory KPIs, including inventory values, Days on Hand (DOH), unproductive inventory percentage, stock aging and expiry

·        Build and maintain inventory health reports and dashboards used in leadership reviews

·        Partner with procurement, warehouse and sales teams to balance supply against demand

·        Support supplier and internal Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) with data and analysis

·        Run inventory segmentation to prioritize planning attention where it matters most

·        Maintain planning parameters in the ERP system, including safety stock, lead times and MOQs

·        Identify supply shortages and execute mitigation plan for foreseen risks

·        Build recurrent 12M inventory projection considering forecast fulfillment and logistical disruptions

·        Ensure new item readiness during market introduction with optimizing losses and stock-out during switch window
