About the role

An international building materials manufacturer is appointing a Plant Manager for its cement facility outside Cairo. You will hold full P&L responsibility for production, maintenance, quality, safety and environment.

The role requires a hands-on leader comfortable driving continuous improvement and managing large industrial teams.

What you'll bring

Engineering degree; 12+ years in heavy industry, 5+ in plant leadership
Cement or similar process industry experience essential
Strong HSE track record
Lean / Six Sigma exposure preferred
Willing to be based near the plant site
