Job Description

• Working with those responsible for sales, shipment and export processes in functional units to improve existing processes/information systems or design new processes/information systems.
• To plan and follow up the realization of the demands/projects of sales, shipment and export processes.
• To contribute to the evaluation of possible solution architecture alternatives together with the project team, to follow the progress of the projects in line with the plans.
• Establishing joint working groups for projects, evaluating suggestions and decisions, and bringing suggestions and solutions.
• To follow the errors and findings that may occur and to correct them by performing root cause analysis, ensuring that new software to be integrated into the system is compatible with system needs and specifications.
• Managing the relations with the outsourcing companies, tracking and controlling the progress payments and invoices of the companies.
• To ensure the creation of documentation of the work done, Provide guidance, support and training to responsible and key users.
