Role Purpose
Support safe, stable and cost-effective production by translating the plant's production plan into disciplined shop-floor execution. The Production Engineer monitors process performance, coordinates manpower and material requirements, improves methods and workflows, and uses industrial-engineering tools to increase output, yield, utilization and reliability while maintaining quality, environmental and process-safety standards.

What you'll bring
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from a recognized university.
• Two to three years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production, industrial engineering or continuous-improvement work.
• Experience in chemical, process, pharmaceutical, food, plastics or another regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Practical exposure to production planning, capacity analysis, time studies, manpower optimization, process mapping and KPI reporting.
• Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, root-cause analysis and continuous-improvement methods.
• Good understanding of production safety, quality systems and shop-floor operating discipline; chemical-industry HSE exposure is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office; experience with ERP/MRP, dashboards or Power BI is preferred.
• Good written and spoken Arabic and English, with the ability to prepare clear technical reports and presentations.
